She brings more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, change management, learning solutions, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning, working as an internal consultant as well as for clients in government, nonprofit and the private sector.
She has leveraged her international experience in human resource development to contribute to research on contemporary careers and career development in the context of a knowledge society. She has presented her research at international conferences in the US, Europe and Asia.
Her passion for nurturing and galvanizing business leaders, committed to employee engagement and talent development, also inspires her to teach courses on Human Resource Development, Organizational Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has taught at universities in the US and Morocco.

Natesh Manikoth is a Principal at Arivu Consulting, bringing over 30 years of technology development and executive management experience to the firm. Most recently, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he led the modernization of the agency’s IT infrastructure, AI capabilities, and data systems. As the FAA’s first Chief Data Officer (CDO), he created the agency’s inaugural Data Strategy and established the Enterprise Data Platform to meet complex analytical needs for the future of aviation.
His expertise lies at the intersection of Strategic Advisory and Complex Systems. Natesh has a proven track record of directing large technology organizations and architecting high-availability high-volume platforms. As a former Chief Scientific and Technical Advisor for NAS Software, he drove fundamental shifts in cybersecurity and system assurance practices. He has served as a Sector and Group CTO, providing technical due diligence for major acquisitions and advising on strategic investments for global business units. An active thought leader, he holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.
