Dr. Nisha Manikoth is the founder and Principal of Arivu Consulting. She brings more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, change management, learning solutions, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning, working as an internal consultant as well as for clients in  government, nonprofit and the private sector. 

She has leveraged her international experience in human resource development to contribute to research on contemporary careers and career development in the context of a knowledge society. She has presented her research at international conferences in the US, Europe and Asia.

Her passion for nurturing and galvanizing business leaders, committed to employee engagement and talent development, also inspires her to teach courses on Human Resource Development, Organizational Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has taught at universities in the US and Morocco.
